Maintenance Requests

Use this form to submit your Maintenance Request online.

Our certified maintenance providers strive to provide excellent customer service and top notch work. If your system is in need of maintenance, rest assured our team will take extreme care in any and all repairs. and ensure that your system is in working order. 

 

Services covered by our Maintenance Contract

 

1) Inspections at four-month intervals

2) Check for air leaks

3) Inspect electrical control panel

4) Check for proper sprinkler operation

5) Clean pump filter

6) Submit written maintenance and service reports to the corresponding county health department 

7) Chlorine residual test

*Service calls outside of scheduled Inspections will be charged an $85 service fee + parts

Regular inspections will ensure that your system is always in working order and up to standard with local and county codes. We submit written inspection and maintenance reports to both the local permitting authority and owner, as required by TCEQ Code  30 TAC §285.90(3)
